Our Office

SRK LLC acquired the historic commercial property at 15114 Barnesville Road in Boyds, Maryland, approximately three years ago. This property is zoned C-1 and offers over 2,000 square feet of warehouse or storage space, along with approximately 1,000 square feet of commercial space and ample parking. Situated on nearly half an acre, the property is conveniently located near the Amtrak railroad, Cabin Branch Community, and Clarksburg Premium Outlets, with easy access to I-270. Currently, we in the permitting stage to begin restoration efforts aimed at preserving the property's historical character while updating its facilities to meet modern standards. This project is expected to revitalize the site, enhancing its functionality and contributing to the community's architectural landscape.
